This item is no longer a replacement for HP 202A. The printer received a firmware update and the printer indicates a "Supply problem."

i ordered from your store computer because HP toner was not in stock and tru red does not work in my HP. i went to return it to the store and the associates knew that only HP toner works in my HP. i had to run around a lot and it was all very upsetting.

Really wish these were sold in stores. Happy with purchase price. Seems to be ready to go printer does recognize as "nonHP" supply installed. would be happier if I could pick one off the shelf right down the road as opposed to creating shipping waste.
