Just arrived after shredding 10 to 15 pages shredder says it is full and stops working. Paper is about 1 inch on the bottom of tray. Tried 3 different times thinking something was caught and settin off sensor. Must be bad sensor. Sending it in for replacement.

I've had this for a couple days now and shredded quite a bit. No issues. I really like that the bucket for the shreds pulls out - I don't find I really need bags for the shreds I just dump out in a big bag. So far so good -
