I love this shredder!

The description is right on it being quiet, I was expecting it to be much louder but it didn't bother me at all. I just got it and shredded like around 12 minutes worth and had no issues at all. I like how easy this bin is to remove unlike those other shredders where you have to remove the heavy top to access them, this one you can just remove the bin for easy access!

This shredder replaced former item ST62151 - which was much better. This one is low quality, kind of "rickety". Shred pieces are too big. And sensors malfunction. I returned this one because the paper jam light would go on, spontaneously and without any paper. Repeatedly opening and closing receptacle would eventually turn it off, and with luck you could actually shred a piece of paper before paper jam disablemnent would turn on again.
