Very disappointed in both the product and their marketing. The bottle says GUARANTEED! OR IT'S FREE! There does not appear to be a way to get this "refund/free product". So frustrated with clogs, ineffective products and misleading marketing and impossible to navigate websites. Waste of time and money.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Living in a house with 9 others, using one bathroom, the bathtub, sink, and toilet need to be maintained for the best experience. Drano Max Gel is great to have on hand to keep the hair clogs dissolved and the drains running smoothly. No one likes to be standing in filthy water. Don't wait until the situation is dire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drano is my favorite brand. I the consistency of the gel, less likely to splash. It also gets the job done. My drains clear 90 percent of the time The price is great for the size.

Does not work on fat

We recently bought a house and within months the kitchen sink drain was not working. Got this used the recommended amount and the sink was still clogged. Ended up having to call a plumber and we then learned there was a massive fat clog. Do not recommend for kitchen sinks.

I used this in my bathroom sink. I poured 16 oz as instructed the first time. I waited 30 minutes. Then I poured very hot water in. Nothing happened. I repeated, using the rest of the bottle, this time waiting over an hour. Again, nothing happened. I am so disappointed - I now have to pay several hundred dollars for the plumber to cut the pipes. How can I get a refund as stated on the bottle?

Have a clogged bathroom drain, bought a bottle of 80 OZ Drano Max Gel and gave the clogged drain 3 rounds of treatment. Dumped 1/3 each time, waited 50 mins, then flushed with boiled water. Used up the entire bottle, still clogged. Very disappointed.
