I followed the instructions on the bottle. Pour 1/2, wait 15-30 min. I waited 30 min. Pour hot water. I bought a 2nd bottle and poured it all. I let it sit for 30 min then pored hot water and nothing still. Bottle says clears total blockages Guarantees! Or it's Free, so how do I get reimbursed for my purchase.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with Drano® Max Gel. Typically after two uses Drano® will clear tough clogs. As this isn't what we'd expect we would recommend contacting a plumber as the clog could be too far down for the Drano® to reach. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a extremely effective product it works just like it should and it's strong and fast acting. It does exactly what it's suppose to it cleans total blockages and clears your pipes it's very easy to use and this one comes in gel form. I recommend this product definitely works and this gel version is even better.

Followed directions exactly and did not work. Used two bottles and did half in each side of the sink. Waited 30 min before flushing with hot water. Then repeated on both sides and still nothing. Total waste of money.

I have tried this twice. Once was about a year ago and then just recently. I followed the directions but it didn't help with my clogged drain. I did not have a standing water clog, but water was very slow to drain.

My shower drain was clogged to the point where you would be standing in a bunch of water when showering. I bought this and followed the instructions, and waited the 30 minutes and flushed it out after with hot water and the drain is perfect now. Water drains instantly
