Do not buy their products anymore

I have used this product in the past and followed the exact directions and it worked great. Used it today and after starting at 10am it is now 7pm and ZERO results. Drano needs to go back to whatever they were using before and then leave it alone. And I'm tired of the same response to call a plumber on every single negative review. Fix the product so then we won't have to call a plumber. I would appreciate my money back on this one. Thank you.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I purchased the Drano Max Gel 32 oz to help me get rid of a pesky clogged drain in my bathroom sink. I really like this product because it's safe on plastic pipes and is also okay to use with Septic Systems. This product is also safe for garbage disposals in kitchen sinks which is a great feature! Within 15 minutes of using this product, my drain was functioning properly! This product is priced reasonably and has a child safety cap, which gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this product to any homeowner!!

I have a clogged bathtub and I tried not one but two bottles of max gel clog remover and followed the directions to a tee. It did not work. I still have standing water. Out of money and time now. Thumbs down just keeping it real.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I'm convinced my home builder took some shortcuts putting together the pipes in my kitchen. Or maybe it's our pots and dishes are too greasy.. anyway, the sink backs up into our dishwasher every once in a while and this is our go to to unclog our kitchen sink. It's easy to use and super effective. While we save up and wait to find a plumber to fix the underlying problem, we use this. It's also served us well unclogging shower drains and bathroom sinks (I lose hair by the handfuls it seems like).

(I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review). This product worked for me. I have super long and my shower drain gets clogged periodically. I poured some of the product. Then boiling hot water. Then I let it sit for an hour and it worked. I would buy it again.
