Bathtub clogged. Was able to get some hair out but still clogged. 2 bottles of max gel later and the 391.00 I paid the plumber gone. Came to the site looking for the info on guaranteed or its free, nowhere to be found. I honestly think from reading some of the comments we need a class action lawsuit for misleading people to purchase the product. I want my money back.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I have many drainage issues in my home and am always looking for a better way to clear them so I don't have to call a plumber. I followed the directions on the bottle and was pleased with the results: my sink drained much more quickly and there was no unpleasant or harsh odor from the Drano itself. I will definitely buy more bottles for the rest of the sinks in my house.

I followed instructions to pour 1/2 bottle in, wait 15-30 minutes. I set timer for 30 minutes. Turned hot water on, nothing. I waited several hours. Before going to bed, poured the rest down. Got up In morning water still in sink. I had a scheduled a maintenance to come unstop, they came and unstopped sink. I bought because it was guaranteed to work. Using a whole bottle didn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
