This ink was awful! It printed a thick black line on everything and even though I took it out I am still getting the black line on everything even though I took the printer apart and cleaned everything.

no muss no fuss all printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in an office setting full time. I'm lucky enough to have my own printer. The Staples Remanufactured Black High Yield Toner Cartridge Replacement for Brother TN850 worked perfectly. It was easy to install and the ink quality was crisp and clear. The ink dried quickly and did not smear. I have not used all of the ink yet but in the approximate 1000 pages I've printed the cartridge is till going strong. Thank you to Steller Product Testing Panel for sending me this ink cartridge to try out.

Against better judgement I tried TRU RED replacement toner cartridge. My experience mirrored others. The printer quality was fine at the beginning. Then without warning the copies were filled with excess ink then copies faded and only then did the printer stop and indicated that I needed to change the cartridge. I had left printer unattended so I did not see the results until at was finished. Very disappointed Will NEVER purchase again. Hope it did not damage printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toner package was outstanding. Easy to load machine recognized the toner right away and the prints using it were clear and concise. I was especially impressed with the eco friendly components. So many times I have thrown away toner and ink cartridges not knowing where they end up. Now I know these can be recycled.

We are disappointed We ordered Two. One was good One was bad. We returned the bad one and a replacement cartridge was sent; however I just opened the replacement cartridge and it too has chucks out of the roller. I hope we get a good toner cartridge in here before the current one runs out. Maybe refurbished toner cartridges aren't such a good idea. The two positive stars are for Staples who did make the return easy.

The cartridge came with toner dust all over it. And when it prints the toner clumps on the paper and smears most of the time.
