Honestly I have never liked hot tea until I tasted this one. I drink it with or without stevia and I love it both ways. Doesn't seem to make me sleepy but I love the fact I can drink it on a cool night and not have it keep me awake.

I love the Celestial Seasonings Brand and was a little skeptical that this would measure up to a true tea bag version. I was happily surprised! This was a great end to my day. With a little honey, it was all I needed to wind down after a busy day.

This is easy to use and tastes just as or even better than dipping the tea bag in the hot water. I recommend this for anyone trying to relax before bed. It's easier than putting the tea pot on the stove. Get it! Use it! Enjoy it!

This tea is perfect after a long day when you really need to relax. Tastes great with a little honey. I usually sit in bed while I drink it so I'm all ready for bed when I'm done. Always gives me a great night's sleep!
