I work the midnight shift at a local hospital. I have trouble sleeping only on the days that I work. Even though I have been on this shift for going on 5+ years now, I still have trouble sleeping during the day. About 6 months ago I discovered this product and it has helped immensely. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with trouble sleeping and it also has a great flavor, which is a REAL bonus!!!!

This tea is unbelievable! I say that bc I’m on several RXs for pain that should help me go to sleep, but don’t. I came across this “Sleepytime” pod, accidentally, & thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. I fell asleep fast & awoke happy! But I only had that one pod & haven’t been able to order it since! Hopefully, I’ll finally receive more & keep them on hand!! Thank you, Keurig!!

As I have grown older, I have started having a lot of trouble sleeping at night. I have medications but they alone do not do the job. I then discovered Sleepytime Herbal tea. After I take my meds and give them a little while to soak in I will have a cup of Sleepytime with honey, sometimes two, and then the magic happens. I become sleepy and can go to bed and sleep!!! I am most appreciative of this wonderful tea that has done more for me than the doctors pills. Thank you, Keurig, Celestial Seasonings, and your wonderful staff.
