Calming and soothing

I'm only a fan of fruity tea (I dislike cinnamon/spicy teas) so I was hesitant to try this sample. I was pleasantly surprised to find it has a smooth, minty taste - perfect for before bedtime. I would purchase a pack!

The Aroma Alone Will Please You.

This tea has a lovely and soothing aroma and a light and fresh flavor. It is perfect after supper, or when you want to relax before laying down for the night.

I love drinking this in the wee hours of the night OR wee hours of the morning. I hate tea and I absolutely love this herbal tea! I would recommend this to ANYONE(:
