I'm not a fan of the plain chamomile, but the additional flavours that infuse this tea make it so much better! I'm personally limited to herbal teas, so in the sparse selection, this is definately one of my favourite flavours
Pros: Aromatic, Soothing, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: WEAK

My boyfriend and I both brew a cup of this every night before bed. I can feel my body relax and my eyes get heavy shortly after drinking it. The taste to me is great, not too strong and not watery tasting either. We had to split the last k-cup last night and a stop to get more is on my to do list after work. Great sleep-aid tea for me!

Adding Honey is great for sweetness. I mainly have a cup at by bedtime medicine taking. This seem to speed up the drug reaction. It do make you tired.
