I actually brewed this over ice, which I am still having a bit of trouble with. Then I poured it over ice. This might seem an odd way to partake of Sleepy Time Tea, but I don't like hot tea. My husband and I shared it. It was so flavorful! We both loved it. It seemed like a luxurious drink that would be served at a specialty tea room.
Pros: Soothing, Aromatic, High Quality, Fresh, Unique Flavor Profile, Convenient

Hospital taste

I was hoping to have a very smooth fragrance type tea for Sleepy Time. I had to pour it out after several sips. I tried to drink more than I wanted just to see if it was fluke.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Medicinelike After Taste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this tea! It has a great taste. I couldn't wait to get it home and try it and it did not disapoint. Great tea at night, not too strong and not too weak. Although I do brew a smaller size to get more flavor.

I enjoy drinking one cup before taking a nap or bedtime, it's better in a smaller serving size so you can enjoy the full flavor.
Pros: Aromatic, Soothing

I had heard in the past this tea did not taste good. They were WRONG! I saw all the great reviews for it and grabbed a 5 pack to try, and already have a 24 pack in my cart for my next order. This tea has a wonderful flavor with a hint of soothing peppermint, and is just the right strength. I highly recommend this tea.

Nice, calming tea!

When I saw this in the sample pack that came with my Keurig I figured I'd save it for a time when I really needed sleep. I'm not a big tea drinker and thought it'd be weird-tasting but might have soothing effects anyways. But I didn't expect to like it so much! The flavor is really good - tasty but not "too much" (I like the very-subtle spearmint - just enough and not too strong). AND it has a very calming effect on me too, which helps me sleep. This was the first box of K-Cups I bought for myself. I get wired from my busy job so I now drink it most nights!
