How can you not like this? So easy to brew and you don't have to wait for it to steep. My whole family is a fan of this tea! I need to stock up for winter.

I use a k-cup on the 6 ounce strong setting....I like my tea a little on the strong side. This tea has a light spearmint aroma that you first notice as it is brewing. The taste is smooth, not bitter, with a nice fragrant aroma and taste. I can drink 2-3 cups of this at night and it helps me to wind down and go to sleep faster! I would actually love it if this were a bit stronger but I still love it the way it is.

Call me easily impressed but I'm just amazed at how well the teas come out in the Keurig maker, and the Sleepytime is no exception. In seconds you will have the most perfect cup of Sleepytime you've ever tasted. No waiting for it to steep, no not steeping it too long, or not enough. It's pitch perfect, ready in seconds, and you'll be relaxing in no time.

Awesome for a cold night

This tea has come to my rescue on more than one occassion. When I have a sinus cold starting, I drink a cup of this tea and it stops the cold in its tracks. I sleep so much better after a cup of this on a cold evening!

I have always enjoyed this tea during the cold weather months, but love the measurement provided in the k cup. It makes a perfect tasting 8 ounce cup of tea, and you don't have to wait for the teabag to steep. I am coming down with a cold and made myself a cup last night. It's very comforting. To me it has a hint of spearmint flavor with a touch of citrus. I love that it's herbal and doesn't have caffeine. Try it !

I received the Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time K-Cup in the sampler pack that came with my machine. My darling husband gave it to me as an early Christmas gift. I just added one packet of Truvia and it was heaven! From the first waft of spearmint as the brew poured into my cup until the last sip, it was delicious!

When I take a sleeping pill and it doesn't work, this seems to pull the wool over my eyes.

I decided to go decaf and already loved this tea. However, I also decided to drop sugar from my food wherever possible. To me, this tea tastes great all on its own. If you are looking for a soothing, warm drink for morning or night I recommend this tea. If, like my husband, you prefer this for night time only, let me stress not adding sugar. Enjoy the tea for itself, not as transportation for cream and sugar. I can fuss about that because thats what I was guilty of in the past.
