I stir sugar into my tea while it is still hot (FYI: Sugar melts more completely in hot water vs. cold water)... Then I pour it over a cup filled to the brim with ice. The ice melts partially, leaving me with a delicious cup of herbal iced-tea!!
This tea sounded perfect at the store! I bought a box brought it home and it tastes like plain hot water!!!!! I was really looking forward to having a hot glass of good tea, so much for that idea. Everyone talking about adding sugar, why would you add something that gives you a boost of energy to something called sleepy time?!

This was truly horrible tea. It tasted like someone grabbed an old bowl of my grandmother's potpourri and poured hot water over it. It was in the sample box that came with my new machine, so I thought oh great tea comes with it too! Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Cons: Gross

This tea reminded me of something I'd drink to sooth a sore throat! I actually did not taste tea at all! If you love the taste of watered mint then you might enjoy this.
Pros: Soothing

Really disappointed after reading the reviews..tried this several times and several different ways but it has a soapy taste. Have had to pour out every cup I have tried, now what to do with the rest of the box.
