Forgot to read about side effects

Before you try this tea check out the side effects. It does have some. I did not and ended up with a headache and an upset stomach. Looked at the side effects.. It causes an upset stomach if you suffer from gastrointestinal problems, Which I do. It also, can cause headaches, which it did. I also did not like the flavor but could have tolerated it for relaxation, except for the side effects. I have 4 samples left and will have to give them away. I am glad that I tried the samples first.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: Side effects

Didn't like the taste at all, not my style. The mint was too strong. Would probably be great if you were sick though. Clear you right up.

Very convenient bedtime tea you can quickly pop into your Keurig to brew. I could instantly smell the aroma of the Sleepytime Tea as my Keurig began to brew! I really enjoyed the taste - not too weak, not too strong. Very soothing and enjoying! My only concern is the green tea leaves floating at the top of my cup once brewing completed...a considerable amount too! I don't particularly like green flakes in my teeth after a nice cup of tea. I would have given a great review...if not for the leaves, not very appealing to me.
Pros: Aromatic, Soothing, Convenient
Cons: Floating Tea Leaves

A little sugar brings out the mint flavor really well. Unfortunately, that kinda negates the "sleepy time" thought process.
Pros: Soothing, Aromatic
Cons: WEAK

Not my cup of tea

Its just not good. Very plain, lacking flavor and aroma. After a few sips, and adding other things to try to dress it up, I left it sitting next to my Keurig and walked away disappointed after reading the positive reviews. I'm glad it was part of the sample box that came with my machine and nothing I actually spent money on.
Cons: WEAK, Artificial taste
