I use the product after a long day at work and it's so relaxing. I love the tasty specially because is not sour at all, is very smooth. I also enjoy the aroma and the peace it brings me while I'm getting ready for bed.

Sleepytime Herbal Tea is the perfect tea for the end of the day. It helps to cleanse the palette and calm you down before bed, and it just tastes great! Add a dash of honey and it can qualify as a dessert tea. And if you're feeling run down or sick, this is DEFINITELY the tea for you, as it will help pick you right back up again in no time.

I decided to drink this the night before a baseball tryout to make me sleep better and feel more energized the next day. I mixed in a spoonful of sugar and sipped it once. It was gross. I didn't drink the rest and I got a headache afterwards. The rest of my family tried it and also hated it.
Cons: Too strong, Bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I grew up with this, and love drinking it right before bedtime or when I'm feeling sick and need to relax. It's so soothing, and all the ingredients work great together. My kids love it too. : D

The Best Tea for sleep

This is the best tea to use add bedtime. It is like magic once you drink it you automatically feel relaxed and sleepy. I always drink this after a long day of work!!
