The Best Tea for sleep

This is the best tea to use add bedtime. It is like magic once you drink it you automatically feel relaxed and sleepy. I always drink this after a long day of work!!

Good, but rather weak flavor

It took me a few tries to get it to the strength that I wanted; if I use anything but the small (6oz) setting it comes out too watery for me and has very little flavor. For a regular-sized cup of tea I typically end up using two k-cups. That being said, it's very calming and cozy, and the minty flavor adds a bit of a twist to classic chamomile.

Cons: WEAK

Does Not Disappoint

I have enjoyed Sleepytime Tea for decades and I was hesitant to try it in K-Cup form for fear it would lose something in the translation. It does not. If you like your tea strong, then do not exceed 8 oz. However, I usually make it at 12 oz and it does not disappoint. I do not add sweetener to it because the flavor seems perfect as is. As it suggests, it is a soothing tea. I've enjoyed it at various times during the day or evening. It is very versatile.

I love this tea at night right before I go to bed. The scent is so soothing. I will not be out of this tea. I prefer to drink this before bed than take any type of sleeping pill. It is a safe, natural way to fall asleep to get the rest you need. I get such a good night's sleep when I drink this tea.
