What happened? These used to taste so good. Now I throw out three foul tasting pods for every one that tastes normal. I discussed this with customer service. They were kind and sent replacements. The replacements are just as bad. Not sure what to do. Seeking new options.

I have tried a number of dark roast coffees, and Tully's is the best...deep, rich flavor.

I tried so many different types of k-cups. I love a strong cup of coffee so most of the k-cups I tried were too weak. This one is perfect. I also use Newman's Organic because it's usually cheaper at [...] but, I always have to resist the urge to set aside the Newmans and have the Tully's. If you don't like a nice strong coffee this is probably not for you, but it's a nice strong coffee, not watered down at all.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Not Bitter
