Not "extra bold" since new packaging

This used to be my favorite coffee, but since the new packaging, the k-cups are inconsistent and not as strong. This happened to another favorite "Emerils Big and Bold". It seems that the extra bold coffees have been watered down( Will not be buying

Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Roasted Too Light

My favorite of all the French Roasts I've tried. While the flavor is bold, it is also smooth and has no aftertaste. This is always in my Keurig collection.

Best French Roast Thus Far!

During my last k-cup purchase, I purchased 5 boxes of various dark roasts. The order included 2 French Roasts, one by Tully's and one by Starbucks. The Starbucks brand left much to be desired. It was watery, unflavorful, and made finishing a cup of coffee seem daunting. I wasn't expecting much out of Tully's French Roast, but one sip in, and I was hooked. THIS is French Roast. It is a smooth, warm, full-bodied, TRUE dark roast. THIS is worth getting up at 6 am for. The enriching undertones of cocoa and caramel make a cup of coffee truly enjoyable. This will be my new morning fix!

Being a fan of bold tasting coffee and a former user of an old-fashioned drip pot, I was pleased to find that Tully's French Roast is tasty but not bitter. Others offer French Roast, and I have tried 4 or 5, but Tully's is my favorite.

French Roast trial and error

While we ONLY drink French Roast, we have tried EVERY French Roast KCup made. Tully is still our favorite. It has a complete and complex flavor that stands up to creamer. Before we bought a Keurig, we used a French press and Starbucks French Roast made very strong. My only wish would for any Kcup to be much stronger.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast
