Tully’s French Roast has been on my monthly grocery list for over five years! Love this coffee! No bitter after taste. It has a bold, deep nutty flavor. The Decaf version is just as good for those night time cravings for a good cup of java!

Don’t care for it at all. Wish I could have purchased a sample ahead of time.

Our favorite, hands-down, after trying most of the bold and extra bold varieties. This is the boldest of them all, full rich coffee flavor.
Pros: BOLD

I may be slightly biased, yet . . .

I may sound a bit biased being a native Seattleite; yet since I have tried several brands, in my humble opinion, Tulleys French Roast Blend is the hit, the bomb or whatever else they say these days. Whenever I have any other blend, be it a Tullys blend or another brand, there is nothing like the taste of their French Roast; it is like coming home
Not for me, however I brew all of my coffee over ice. Might be better if you drink it hot??
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma

Too Smokey and Bitter

I found this coffee to be very smokey and bitter. I usually love all types of coffee, especially dark and bold types but this one was just too much. That being said, I did drink it all so I can't give it a terrible rating. I would not buy more of this one.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are the kind of person who likes a stronger tasting cup of coffee, then this coffee is for you. It's bold, not watered down like some of the k cups are on the larger cup settings. My pantry looks like a keurig store, but I keep coming back to this one over and over. Great in the decaf version too.
Tried several of the dark roast extra bold brands and this one is the best. Most people use a setting that dispenses too much water and dilutes the coffee too much. Doesn't take nearly as much water to make coffee as some folks think.
