Tru Red markers are worth a try. Starting with being half the price of other brands the marking is crisp and dark. Will buy again.

TRU RED Highlighters (chisel tip) are to narrow to highlight anything meaningful. Also do not require the assorted pack and as the coloe needed to highlight is not in pack am forced to purchase my regular highlighter.

I still find Sharpies to be better quality but functionally they work okay for the price. I am a little worried about how long they last as well. They seem to be more dry than the usual permanent marker.
