I expected a permanent marker to dry quickly and to not smear. I was labeling two zip-lock type bags. I laid the second bag on top of the other bag. Smeared.

I purchased the 5 pack of black chisel tip markers as I have done before however I was disappointed the chisel tip was not as wide as it was in the past. I will be looking for a wider tip.
