I have bought several of these now because they are the best marker ever. They will write on surfaces that a Sharpie won't touch and they seem odorless unlike Magic Markers. This is my new favorite marker. I also have some fine point and ultra-fine point--all excellent.

For standard everyday writing these are amazing and very much worth it. For art projects though these aren't what you want. Stick with Sharpie for art. These black markers have a very obvious red/maroon reflection when any sort of light shines on it and the darkness of the black color isn't anywhere near that of name brand markers.
