These came highly recommended. I loved them when I first wrote with them but the crispness of the marking didn't last very long at all. They are decent markers but I wouldn't rank them above average.

The TRU RED Tank Permanent Makers gave off a very strong odor during repeated use while completing my project which I found to be greater than when I used another brand permanent marker.

These markers function as they are meant to and their tips allow for various options in marking (e.g. thick fine calligraphic options -cool). My disappointment is in environmental concerns: so much plastic non-recyclable non-refillable).
