TRU Red Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Model # TRN9k27AN is supposed to be compatable with HP 952. Printer did not accept it.

I have been buying form Staples for at least 20 years. This has never happened before. Something is wrong. I am forced to return it and ask for a credit.

When you put them in the printer you get an error message that there is no HP chip. The printer will not use the cartridge.
