Waste of Money

We have purchased this toner cartridge 3 times over the years. It gets worse and worse. The HP 17a lasts for about 8 months. This last purchase of the remanufactured cartridge only lasted 2 months!!! Not worth it if you have to replace it 4 times....ends up being more expensive.

Working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I hesitated to use a remanufacturing toner because I had seen some mixed reviews online. The installation process was okay but it took longer than expected because my printer took a while to process that I had replaced my cartridge. The ink looks good printing. I have not used it for a long time to see how long this will take compared to the original HP cartilage. So far it seems to be working well. I did receive the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel.

Quality alternative to save some money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Staples branded cartridge is a good alternative to the manufacture's brand. Saves a little bit of money and performs perfectly. Text is crisp and the pages print without any unwanted lines. I've purchased other generic brands of toner cartridges that did not perform or print well. So I was unsure about using remanufactured toner. Stellar Product Testing Panel sent this product for my evaluation.

It made me feel less guilt over getting something ‘new’. The printing quality is the same as a ‘new’ one. I love being able to get remanufactured items and essentially recycling. I received this item at no cost with Stellar Product Testing Panel.
