[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I would consider myself a fairly average user of printers. The installation was very straightforward and the printing is on par with what I have experienced in the past. I will say the one thing that I appreciated most was the sustainability consideration. The packaging was fairly minimalistic the product was "remanufactured" and there were recycling instructions provided. So much of what we use these days creates an unnecessary amount of waste the thoughtful way this product was made sent and informed on made it stand out to me.

Professional level printing at home

I print countless items for my daughter's school for fundraising events and this toner lasts and is consistent with high quality prints. This ink cartridge's performance is lasting and I have printed over 50 color sheets and the output still looks as if its brand new. Install is very intuitive and SIMPLE! I highly recommend this item. I received this product as part of the Stellar testing panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by how well the Staples Remanufactured ink cartridge black ink cartridge for HP printer actually worked. Produced clear black ink prints and was easy to use like a standard one. I’d be happy purchasing this product as this was given to me free of charge in return for my honest opinion from Stellar Product Testing. Packaging was streamlined and I appreciated how easy it was to immediately access the cartridge and install. It was safely enclosed in bubble wrap to ensure it wasn’t broken. Overall I’m very satisfied with the quality of this remanufactured ink cartridge.

The installation instructions are detailed so changing the ink is easy and quick. However compared to other brands the price is high.

Immediately after placing it in the printer I started getting warnings from HP that I was low on toner. I continued to use the product to try to get something for my money but shortly thereafter the cartridge started to bleed so that every page I printed had ink smudges up and down the side. I will not purchase this brand again and will only use HP toner going forward.
