I've been regularly ordering toners from Staples for the last 20 years Lately they have been carrying these kind of CHEAP refurbished toners and I purchased since I trusted STAPLES (They usually never carry CHEAP stuff unfortunately I was wrong) Issues I faced with this refurbished toners are 1)low print count 2) damages cartridges 3) uneven toner distribution 4) Dark lines and more

Have tried two of these Staples brand cartridges. Both have broken prior to the cartridge running out of toner. There is a small silver plastic piece on the side that snaps off which apparently renders the cartridge useless afterwards. This has not happened with the actual name brand cartridges. These are way too expensive to have to discard the cartridge prematurely.

The lower price compared to the name-brand HP is not worth it - these cartridge's lasted barely 1/4th of the length of the name-brand ones. I didn't realize they were "refurbished" when I ordered them. I thought they were just off-brand or Staples brand. Extremely disappointed and won't be ordering these again.

This toner does its job just fine and lasts quite a long time. Several of the last jobs I've had have used this toner and it is always great. Thanks for making a cheaper option.

this toner leaves ink marks/streaks on my pages. i wrote to staples previously about this and they sent another tru red toner to me at no cost but the new toner it is also leaving ink marks. i don't have my cell with me at this time or i would leave pictures. don't buy this toner.

I not much for writing reviews. But I thought that if people can save money why not. This remanufactured laser cartridge works just like a new would. So I do recommend this product. I bought two because the price was so good.
