Everything works the same BUT the Canon was out of stock on the shelf and the internet. I found this replacement and does it ever work well.

As the regular ink was out of stock I was forced into purchasing this. Unless you have to don't. I burned through 2 of these in the time I usually go through 1 or less.

My Canon Pixma 2520 All In One uses PG245 Black & CL246 Color ink cartridges. Despite being the same ink number the printer couldn't recognize it. I reinstalled and turn off/on the printer to see if it would detect it but it didn't. The ink cartridge didn't felt empty and it did leak a little bit. There was also no damage to the micro chip. My printer is a budget model but it is listed on Staples ink comptabilty list. I requested an online return since it was an online only item. The refund will go back to my Staples credit card. Stick to original ink.
