This ink cartridge seems to be working fine. I just installed it and so far have had no problems. The regular Canon PG-245 cartridge at Staples was out of stock so I was glad that they offered a replacement.

The difference between the two chips might lead some users to install them wrong (Me).The interphase chip I removed because of the default installation of the Cannon PG-245XL ink cartridge's I am used to is different. My bad; I didn't read the fine print or follow the directions. You got me.....Not your fault...
