the ink bled all inside my brand new printer. very unhappy that Staples would sell a brand like this I get the alternative is cheaper than the real thing but this alternative is garbage.

I purchased this since it was all that was available. The cartridge arrived promptly. I installed it into my printer and noticed the color levels weren't marking as full. I opened up the printer to see if it was set in correctly and noticed reddish ink had spilled on the inside of the printer. Do not buy these!!

I have only used "color" once in my printer since I installed this cartridge so my review is very thin. It did however print just fine on that occasion.
