There was no ink in the new cartridge. I didn't want the substitute I wanted the Canon cartridge but you did not have it in stock. Luckily I still had a spare Canon cartridge because the new Tru Red I purchased only lasted a couple of pages and then died out.

Color ink leaking... 2nd black cartridge didn't work

The first black & color cartridges worked fine... the second of each had problems. Black printed for a few pages then said out of ink... TRU Red had be over ride the message but the print quality was bad... they are sending me a new black cartridge. The color cartridge leaked onto my fingers and the label even had color ink on it... not sure If I'll keep using TRU RED if this happens again.
