These are TERRIBLE. I purchased both a color & a black. The color leaked before I ever installed it My fingers were green & the black just would not work. Lesson learned will never purchase remanufactured again.

The printer is okay as far as the quality of the printed materials however the ink runs out very quickly and is very hard to find. It is one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever experienced! Often I can't even find the Canon cartridges so am forced by necessity to buy the 'refurbished ones and often there's little to no ink in them. Like in this case.

AT FIRST I COULD NOT GET THE PRINT CARTRIDGE TO WORK . THE COMPUTER KEPT SAYING THAT IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE CORRECT NUMBERS FOR MY PC . PERHAPS IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS DELIVERED IN THE COLD WEATHER . AFTER REINSERTING THREE TIMES IT BEGAN TO WORK . I ALSO HAD INK STAINS FROM HANDLING THE CARTRIDGE .
