Have bought two cartridges and both work fine on two different printers. One did however report that it was out of black ink even though the cartridge was full. To solve that problem just press the “STOP” button and hold down for five seconds. That will tell the printer to print anyway. And it does. And will continue to print until the printer is shut down. I will buy again.

I have not used it yet but the 1”x4” cartridge box was sent in a 12” x 10” box. a little silly. I was glad to be able to get something in the mail that was not available in your store. I’ll get back to you when i use it. thank you

My Canon MX 492 printer didn't recognize the Tru Red Cartridge. So I will sending back for a refund.
