After putting the new ink jet in and using it sporadically over the past few days it is now telling me that there isn't any ink available. I just bought the thing and it's empty. Not happy at all. I wiould really love a refund but don't think that's possible.

I hate to give bad reviews but I thought I'd save a feew bucks by ordering a re-manufactured cartridge. I inserted it and it didn't print. I took it out and cleaned it (sometimes you have to clean excess ink from the surface of the cartridge) and tried again. Did not print. I tried everything possible several times but never could get it to print. I will not try re-manufactured cartridges again.

This was the correct ink for my printer. Sometimes I’m a little nervous about not getting the exact one but it works just fine! And it’s eco-friendly! Highly recommend.
