Supposed to print 330 pages of 10% coverage. It only printed 35 pages then no more color ink.

Just received this cartridge; with my Deskjet 5940so far the print is perfectly acceptable Can't speak of the cartridge's longevity yet.

The ink cartridge for my older printer is no longer available. I was skeptical of remanufactured cartridges. Other than needing ink the printer was working fine so I decided to try Staples remanufactured ink cartridge. I installed the cartridge. The printer recognized the cartridge and is now giving great copies again.

Installed black cartridge ONLY and it works right out of the box. Printer did not complain it wasn't genuine. The printer only shows it at 10% full.

Great service at store on Arapahoe and University in Centennial CO with Liz. They did not have my cartridge so she walked me through ordering it on line. It was delivered two days later and works great. And they called the day before to make sure they had the correct address. AMAZING service
