This replacement cartridge would not operate on my printer. Purchased HP original cartridges installed today and printer operates as it should. Will not try replacement ink again.

I bought a pack of the Black and Color inks and I cannot get the color one to work; the printer thinks it's empty. The black cartridge works fine the color cartridge does not. In the past I had a remanufactured black ink cartridge that would not work either but it was too late to ask for a replacement. I will not be buying remanufactured ink cartridges again.

I purchased a remanufactured ink cartridge and it was accepted by my printer and works well! It was only $50 rather than the $70 HO cartridge! A real bargain for my ink jet printer!
