Advertised as compatible with HP printers but they are not. HP printers block the cartridge rendering printing impossible until replaced with HP product.

Got the full set of these- none of them worked in my HP Officejet Pro printer. Followed the troubleshooting directions but still no luck. Finally called and they sent me a replacement set and guess what? THEY DON'T WORK EITHER! Will take them back to Staples- meanwhile the printer hasn't worked in over a week and I am not a happy camper.
