I have no way of knowing today how this ink cartridge will work in the long run. It will be months before I could determine. I was forced into this purchase since the HP cartidge is not available in the store or on line. I had to research how to disable HP updates which was recommended with the replacement cartridge. I hope that works I can only hope I can coax a few more months out of this printer. Completely unable to find Magenta cartridge.

I opened the plastic bag and the ink leaked out of the cartridge all over my hands. I immediately threw it away. I would appreciate Staples issuing me a credit.

Ink ran out within couple days for xl with minimal use printer wont read ink level. Will stick to buying name brand (hp) quality is best for me . This product doesn’t meet my standards.

Awful ink cartridges

Got the full set of these- none of them worked in my HP Officejet Pro printer. Followed the troubleshooting directions but still no luck. Finally called and they sent me a replacement set and guess what? THEY DON'T WORK EITHER! Will take them back to Staples- meanwhile the printer hasn't worked in over a week and I am not a happy camper.
