HP uses micro chips to detect when a non-hp cartridge is used. I want my money back since these are useless.

HP printers will not accept these remanufactured ink cartridges. Because of this I cannot recommend this purchase. I had to toss the ones I bought - it’s just a waste of money. Do not buy.

Opened ink cartridge immediately upon receipt and placed in printer. We were trying to complete a major project and when the documents came out the color ink printed out a pinkish purple color. There was no true color definition of objects printed on paper. Purchase was a waste of our company's money. We will never purchase this brand of ink again. Staples was out of the HP color that we needed so we purchased Tru Red. Lesson learned.

Can't print with these STT0A39AN 4Pack on my HP printer 6958. Can't call IT serves because it is on a Saturday. Seams like this is a known issue and Staples releases a generic response. I would give a zero stars if I could.
