The ads do not indicate the re-manufactured print cartridges may not work with your HP printer due to firmware and updates. Considerable time was expended to attempt to get the product to work. A work around is available per the re-manufactured print cartridge company they will send replacement cartridges in 7 to 10 days. A warning or alert would have been helpful.
