Going online to purchase ink for our computer the regular HP ink cartridges I buy were all out of stock. The web site recommended the TRU RED HP 902xl/902 (T0A39AN) Black/Cyan/Magenta/ Yellow. Very disappointed.....put in the first color that needed to be replaced immediately was the Cyan. It would not acknowledge the cartridge. It continued to say install new cartridge. Now I am out what I paid and had to go into the local Staple to get genuine HP ink which went in and had not one problem. Apparently compatible does not mean it is going to work. Love the idea but when you own your own business you need what is going to perform....these do not. I WOULD NOT recommend this product for HP printers.

Can I give this ZERO STARS???? The first pack I bought worked fine... so I purchased FOUR more combo packs. NOT ONE CARTRIDGE WORKS. There are 3 printers in my office that use this ink and none of them would work with this ink. We are using the HP6978.

I just replaced empty HP cartridges with these Staples cartridges. The printer refuses to print without genuine HP cartirdges. What do I do?

This was the first time I purchase the remanufactured ink from Staples. When I removed the exterior piece from each ink cartridge the ink from the black one shot out of the cartridge and went all ever my hands my desk my paperwork. It was a huge mess. Once I cleaned it up and wiped down the black cartridge when I installed it it would not read the cartridge and it would not print black ink. Very disappointed especially because the remanufactured cartridge's are less expensive than the others. The cost adds up quickly.
