installed on my HP and wouldn't accept cartridges not the fault of cartridge but HP has a app that wouldn't allow non HP ink cartridges. It can be overridden but takes adjustment to HP Software just not worth the effort.

Hi Workboot I do apologize you are experiencing issues as it sounds like this is a firmware related issue due to HP forcing a firmware update on your printer. Please contact us for a replacement inkjet at 877-228-3128.

Will not work in my HP officejetpro 6978 could nor give fewer stars. Wanted to use RED. previously worked . Not now. Needed to print have to go to store to get expensive HP cartridges. Tried to check printer but HP apparently takes it over .

I don’t know why but when I removed orange plastic covering I got black ink everywhere. Quite a mess. Thinking I have to go back to high priced toner

Ink everywhere printer rejecting

The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip. This printer is intended to work only with new or reused cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip. Replace the indicated cartridges to continue printing. For more information go to www.hp.com/learn/ds Ink on both hands floor pants two paper towels. Return in process and I have to go buy a real cart.
