I am a hot tea lover and consider myself extremely open to new flavors. I got this one because I hadn't tried anything like it and like the health benefits listed. Won't be trying it again; tasted like medicine!
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: Bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I make this as iced tea at least once, sometimes twice a day. It is so smooth, without any bitterness. Love it!
Pros: Smooth Body, Soothing, High Quality

Odd flavor -- not a fan

Rooibos has a very odd, almost rancid flavor; something is "off" about it. I had it before, but after reading all the great reviews decided I should try it again. Not good. I can't even stomach a whole cup. Threw out the remaining pods.
Pros: Aromatic
Cons: Medicinal flavor, Artificial taste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad taste.

I've been drinking rooibos teas for years and was excited to find one in the K-cup but I have to say this has a terrible flavor...tastes like bug spray (ok I haven't actually tasted bug spray but it tastes like bug spray smells and would taste if you drank it!) Will stick with the decaf green tea for health benefits as I am addicted to that.
Cons: Bitter, Too strong
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Try A Free Sample, Don't Pay For This

I never write reviews but felt I owed the Keurig community my opinion about this horrible tea. I thought I would give this tea a try based on the reviews by using my free sample pack. I love Earl Grey, Orange Pekote and English Breakfast tea's to name a few. I am not a big fan of artifical flavored teas since I feel it takes away from the enjoyment of the natural taste. I will experiment with various coffee's and tea's and normally find most are delicious. I never tried a red tea before and decided it was next on my list based (again) on the reviews. This tea tastes like I went into my back yard and found various weeds mixed with dirt and brewed it into a tea. In fact the same natural weeds that grow in my state of residence and are used for medicinal purposes smell and taste just like this tea. The weed grows naturally in the swamps of the lowcountry. If I didn't know any better I would have thought I was given this "swamp weed" to cure some ailment. It is earthy in flavor and has a medicine taste. Unless you are already a fan of African Rooibos tea, I would not try this unless you have a free sample to use. Who knows, you may enjoy it. I personally couldn't even swallow the tea and had to spit it out. I ended up throwing away the remaining K cups.
Pros: None
Cons: Bitter, Too strong, Bad Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a Fan

This tea alone tastes like I imagine roots freshly pulled from the earth would taste if steeped in hot water. I usually drink tea without sweeteners or milk, but in this case, I will have to make an exception. The health benefits are the only thing pulling me through drinking it!
Pros: Fresh, Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: Earthy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
