Not the tea's fault

Rooibos is one of my favorite types of herbal teas, unfortunately this one is only passable. I think the problem, however, lies with the brewer not the tea. The Keurig brewer brews tea as if it's coffee. Good tea requires different water temperatures and steeping times than what the brewer offers. I tend to be picky about my tea. I will continue to use this for a quick tea when I am rushing out the door, but once I've used them up I'll only use the Keurig brewer for coffee. It just doesn't do tea justice.

I have enjoyed rooibos teas for many years, usually with chai or other flavors added. This is the first time I've drunk it by itself, and I enjoy the taste and the warm, comfortable, satisfied feeling I get when drinking it. I definitely like this tea better than a regular black tea. I make most of my K-cup beverages by using the K-cup twice into the same cup using the small cup button (after the first cup is finished, re-lift and lower the k-cup holder and push the small cup button again. Otherwise, many of them seem too strong or bitter.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile

I was unsure about this tea after researching it and reading reviews. I started with a sample pack and ended up ordering two cases. I don't find the flavor offensive but not everyones taste buds are the same. I find it soothing and relaxing and great before bed.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile, Soothing

Tried it on a lark as a sampler because we read about red bush tea in The First Ladies' Detective Agency series. Really love this tea, especially with honey and milk. Best in 8oz brew size.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile, Soothing, Aromatic

Not a fan or ordinary teas...prefer those that are different and unique. Like it hot or cold, but must be pleasing to the palette. I find myself seeking Rooibos teas wherever I go. This one is exceptional.
Pros: Aromatic, High Quality, Soothing

I was first introduced to Rooibos back in the 80's when it only existed in South Africa. While the K-cup doesn't stand up to truly fresh tea it definitely gives a good idea of what Rooibos is. I find it best with a touch of cream and sugar, which enhances the rich vanilla-like flavor it has naturaly.
When I think of the African Red Rooibos tea, all i can think of is the smile that comes to my lips after the first sip. It is such a unique flavor and just makes me feel warm and happy. This tea is great on a Saturday morning after a long week. I actually hide this tea so guests don't find it.
Pros: Aromatic, Soothing, Fresh, Convenient, Unique Flavor Profile, Smooth Body
