South African staple

My husband is South African and this is a staple over there. We were so excited to have found it in a K cup, great with sugar/ sweetener and milk!

I do believe that you drink this tea because you know if it very good for you, a great anti oxidant. the taste is not the most pleasant, it's a bit earthy is my description, but I really don't care, as it's good for me! I'm not 5 anymore, LOL. I don't like any sweeteners in my tea, but I imagine that a bit of honey would be nice if you need to improve the flavor. I personally like it!
