I like the original Zen. I’m trying to like this one but I do not darn it. I like everything about their packaging I don’t use K cups I can recycle even the tea oh well I’ll find another good tea somewhere but the lemongrass spearmint on the original one tasted so much better.

Please make the organic zen taste more like the old zen that has been discontinued. I used to buy Zen by the case for my afternoon iced tea. I bought a case of the new one and it tastes nothing like the original and I won't be buying it again.

I have been drinking the regular Zen Green Tea every day (4 bags a day) for almost 15 years and love it. I just tried the organic version and it doesn't taste good at all. Nothing like the regular version. PLEASE do not stop selling the non-organic version!

The regular zen, delightful….this new regenerative zen, tastes like crap! Congratulations, you guys ruined a near perfect tea. Yuck!!

They ruined my favorite tea

Tazo zen was my absolute favorite tea. The new formula barely has any flavor, the spearmint notes are lost, and there is a bad fake lemon taste. Please bring back the old formulation. I'm disappointed I wasted money on 36 tea bags not knowing the taste would be completely different.

Tastes Different

After buying Tazo for 15 years, I’m no longer a customer. The new organic Zen tastes much different, although the company says it doesn’t. Hardly any minty goodness now!! My tastebuds don’t lie! The Awake tea also tastes different. So sad to lose my favorite teas!! The whole family loved them, and I always recommended to friends. Please bring back the old teas!! Will be looking elsewhere for replacements. Teatime won’t be the same now!! :(

Disappointing change to a once-great product

I have enjoyed Tazo Zen green tea on a near-daily basis for years. This new organic version is NOT the same. It tastes like plain green tea, with undertones of lentils (yes, the beans that one puts in soup). There is a slight lemony finish with just a bare hint of spearmint, but the wonderful light, minty tea I once loved is no more. Buyer beware.

Not as Zen as before.

The old version tasted fresh and minty, with strong green tea undertones. This new organic version taste like green tea with some extra earth flavor. The mint "zen" of it all is practically gone. Very disappointed, used to drink this everyday for years, this new version I will not be buying more of.
