OLD ZEN RECIPE HAD BETTER FLAVOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I'm all for fair trade and organic goods, the flavor of the current Organic Zen tea is very lack luster. Flavor is very mild. It's not bad, it's just not the same. The old Zen was my very favorite tea. I grow my own lemon grass and lemon verbena. I may need to just add my own herbs to get its original flavor back.

I loved the regular zen tea but this is not the same at all. No mint flavor or aroma.

Since they switched from regular to organic the tea has lost much of the original taste. Also, a brown ring forms around my teacup when steeping. Never had this before. Bring the old Zen back

After many years of enjoying this tea I have to stop buying it. It's nothing what the original was! Tastes nothing like Zen I loved. Why would someone decide to 'improve' a perfect product just puzzles me. And that's the collective opinion judging by reviews on many sites. Very unfortunate decision. Oh well...

Old Plain Zen was so much better

The old plain Zen Green Tea had a minty flavor and this is all lemony. I do not like it at all. I can no longer find the plain Zen at local stores. I sure hope you did not discontinue it for this. I will not buy this and it took me a while to figure it out what had happened but I see now that it’s got Organic in the name

“Regenerative Organic Zen Green” is not anywhere as good as the original “Zen”. Please bring back the original Zen in tea bags.

I miss the old Zen!

I have tried to drink the new organic Zen tea, but I miss the original. Is it possible to bring it back? This new product tastes nothing like the old one…I just don’t care for the flavor at all. I used to drink 3-4 cups per day of the original Zen. I’ll have to start looking for a new green tea. So disappointing….
