Very Disappointed

This use to be my favorite tea. I don’t know what was changed but it does not taste the same. Spearmint is very weak in flavor and the green tea just taste different. So disappointed.

Replacement for a really good tea

I’ve lived Tazo zen tea for a long time. Originally I loved the loose leaf version which was rich and had the most wonderful flavor. Once that was discontinued, I reluctantly switched to the non loose leaf version, which I grew to like though never as much as the loose leaf. Now this version has replaced the second and I just can’t drink it. I am now going to have to purchase loose leaf teas and make my own blend because each version of my once favorite tea has been destroyed.

Started drinking after a friend brought the REGENERATIVE ORGANIC ZEN bags into work. It is so tasty-the different flavor are impecable... especially on a cold morning.

Love this tea!

I love Zen! I’m not a huge tea drinker, however, I love zen so much. If I’m feeling a cod or flu coming on, I make it hot and add honey to help feel better. I make it iced for summer months. I love the refreshing flavors of the spearmint and lemongrass! Best green tea on the market!

BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL

Compared to the original Organic Zen tea this is absolutely horrible and I'm not exaggerating. Did the company do this as a reverse advertising stunt? I gave up coffee and decided to have tea instead. Somehow I stumbled upon the Zen tea and instantly loved it. When I returned to the grocery store (I actually visited three stores) Organic Zen tea was the only one I could find, so I purchased it instead unknowingly that it was nothing like the original. I am so very disappointed, that I had to come to their website to voice my frustration. To make matters worse, I've had three busted tea bags from this box of 16! Please bring back the old and with better bags! Now I have to search other brands to find something close. Sincerely frustrated.

Why mess up a good thing?

I was an avid Tazo zen tea drinker. It was the only tea I bought for years. I’d go to the store and buy several boxes at once to stock my canister with. I was excited when I saw it was now organic, that was until I tasted it. It tastes NOTHING like the original Zen. Why do companies have to always go and mess up a good thing when I find a product that I like and want to remain loyal with? This is SO disappointing and hard to find a tea to replace the old Zen but I have to. It really irritates me when companies quietly just change formulas without asking their customer base. Way to ruin the best tea you had Tazo. Only reason for two stars is it was my #1 tea for 10+ years.

Bring back the original Zen!

The taste of this new organic Zen is terrible! I was a loyal 3-4 cup a day Tazo Zen tea drinker for years but now am forced to look elsewhere. I'm only now writing this review because the old Zen formulation has dried up online. I was hoping the company would get the message and finally change back to the original Zen! I found a substitute I'm drinking now but it's no ORIGINAL ZEN!!

Not the same

My hand was forced to buy this updated version of Zen tea as Tazo no longer makes the original (non-regenerative?) option. The new version is a flat, bland tea without the refreshing taste of spearmint or lemongrass. They're still on the ingredients list, sure, but the lemon is the only flavor that is noticeable in this updated tea. Blech!
