Samsung continues to shine

This is my first Blu-ray player, but not my first Samsung product.
The player is well designed, easy to use, and works really well...except for one aspect. There is a severe issue with the player hanging up while using the Netflix app. The only way that I can resume use of the player after it hangs is to unplug and restart. It was annoying at first, and now it's just plain frustrating. Aside from that, I love this thing, and everything else Samsung makes.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: netflix app hang-up issue
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so impressed with this Blu-Ray player and all of its features for the money. I can't say enough good things about this unit, the picture quality, the compact size and built in wi-fi. I challenge anyone to find a Blu-Ray player of this quality that performs this well for the money!

This product is a great value for the price. The picture quality for Blu-Ray is great. Streaming my home videos and pictures to my TV is effortless. It even plays recorded DVDs that my other players would not. Even though it is a bit smaller than I would have liked, I would definitely recommend this product.

Cons: no visible run time display except on tv, may be too lightweight for some peoples tastes

Cool little black box

I love how small it is and how light it is. Definitely a step above the old VHS players.
The movies are crisp, clear and the sound is great. I have had this for a couple months and have not had any issues with it so far.
I recommend this little machine it is about 1 1/4 inches thick 6 inches deep and 8 inches long.
It respond with a very light touch. So it is less apt to get damaged by having to press it hard. You just sweep over the controls and it responds.

It performs the functions for viewing the DVDs. The bad part is the preloaded apps it comes with. It comes with Netflix which seems to run very slow on this player. It froze a couple times on me and just wouldn't work until I would turn the player on and off. Another problem was when I would go on Pandora and I would have access to other peoples accounts. Then I'd go ahead and try to go on my account and each time it would make me retype my password.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, sluggish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
